Gor Galstyan is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of diverse experience across public safety, finance, administration, diplomacy, and technology. In his current role as Assistant Division Commander for a municipal police department in the Los Angeles area, he manages a $115 million budget and leads a finance and administration team, leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize operations.

Gor’s career spans high-level roles, including Public Safety Business Coordinator for a fire department serving a population of over 1 million in the greater Los Angeles area, where he oversaw budgeting and administration for an $81 million operation. He has also held CFO positions in healthcare organizations, driving strategic growth and implementing robust financial systems. Previously, Gor served as Head of Finance, Administration, and HR at the Embassy of Switzerland in Armenia.

A certified expert in areas like Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics, and law enforcement leadership, Gor also runs his consulting firm, GOEL Consulting LLC, advising clients on grants management, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. His academic achievements include dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and International Affairs, with a forthcoming DBA.
